Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work with the Project Manager on large projects.
• Manage, hire and recruit labor crews; coach and mentor crews.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of labor crews and multiple job sites.
• Schedule labor crews for future work.
• Supervise erection and dismantling of scaffolding at multiple locations.
• Coordinate pickups for dismantles and deliveries; manage documentation.
• Ensure safety regulations and OSHA compliance on sites.
