Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Scaffold E&D Foreman to safely supervise a crew and erect/dismantle various scaffolding. This role emphasizes OSHA compliance, leadership, and on-site problem solving within a dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 5+ years in Scaffold E&D roles, a valid driver’s license, and strong project management skills. Bilingual is a plus; safety at heights is essential.

Qualifications

• Education or experience that prepares you for success: High School Diploma or equivalent; trade school preferred.
• 5+ years combined Scaffold E&D Carpenter/Foreman experience or approved equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Project management skills are necessary to plan and execute scaffold work.
• Ability to work safely at considerable heights; bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely supervise a crew and direct up to 3 Foreman 1, who may supervise up to 3 Lead Carpenters, to erect/dismantle scaffolding per OSHA and company procedures.
• Act as competent person on site as required by OSHA and Sunbelt procedures.
• Monitor safety, quality, and productivity, and manage on-site coordination with the E&D supervisor/Construction Manager.
