• Maintain a safe work environment with proactive hazard identification.
• Ensure safety and food safety compliance through observation and coaching.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Balance workloads by reviewing forecasts and adjusting staffing.
• Improve customer experience by coordinating with other departments.
