• Partner with Team Leader to identify high-potential Team Members and create development plans.
• Lead team huddles to communicate priorities and address challenges.
• Maintain a safe environment with proactive hazard identification and corrective actions.
• Ensure order accuracy and timely resolution of delays or issues.
• Monitor operations and collaborate with departments to improve customer experience.
