Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. is hiring a Supervisor, WFMOA: E-Commerce to lead safety, quality, customer service, productivity and fun within our on-line grocery program.

You will support the WFMOA E-Commerce team daily in a fast-paced store environment. The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, 6+ months of retail experience, weekend/evening flexibility, US work authorization, and proficiency with email and Microsoft Office; leadership and process-improvement mindset strongly

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months retail experience in retail, distribution, or logistics.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment for all Team Members.
• Review forecasts and uphold productivity and utilization requirements to meet WFMOA objectives.
• Partner with other departments to ensure timely online delivery and meet customer order times.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Balance labor to operate a balanced and efficient shift while meeting production goals.
• Train, audit, and support Team Members to perform WFMOA SOPs.
• Direct and assign job duties for Team Members.
• Report and elevate systemic issues in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate and/or perform shopping duties to support Team Members and WFMOA needs.
• Review and honor SOPs according to WFMOA practices and address safety issues.
