Whole Foods Market seeks a Supervisor for WFMOA: E-Commerce to lead daily operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timely online order fulfillment. You will oversee training, delegate tasks, and coordinate with various departments to maintain efficient workflow.

This role requires 6+ months of retail experience, weekend/evening flexibility, and overtime availability. The position offers a wage range of $17.50–$30.20 per hour and Whole Benefits for eligible Team Members.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months retail experience in a retail, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or evenings.
• Availability to work overtime during peak seasons and as needed year-round.
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, and operations-related applications including scheduling and ordering software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe work environment for all Team Members.
• Review forecasts and uphold productivity and utilization to meet WFMOA objectives.
• Partner with other departments to ensure timely process flow and meet customer order times.
• Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Balance labor to meet production goals while maintaining efficiency.
• Supervise and train Team Members and assist Team Leadership in daily workflows.
