Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department, drive sales objectives, and staff the team while upholding core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will supervise associates, develop talent, ensure customer satisfaction, manage product flow, schedules, and adherence to laws and safety procedures, and lead e-Commerce initiatives with

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum: proven supervisory experience.
• Minimum: experience in selection and hiring process.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times daily.
• Stand/walk for extended periods; ability to stoop/kneel/crouch as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department and staff.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules per guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and food safety procedures.
• Train associates on all functions of the order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and monitor sales, wage budgets and customer satisfaction.
