Job summary

Kroger in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an assistant to the Store e-Commerce manager to help run day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department while upholding Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

You will supervise team members, ensure compliance with laws and guidelines, train selectors and customer attendants, and act in charge when manager is unavailable; participate in scheduling, order intake, labeling, troubleshooting, and process

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute and assign work.
