Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a store e-Commerce Supervisor in Marana, AZ to manage daily online operations, staff the department, and drive sales targets. You will develop associates, schedule workflows, and ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements while leading the team in executing e-Commerce initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory experience and ability to hire staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and leadership.
• Experience with and knowledge of POS systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the store e-Commerce department.
• Staff the online department and develop associates to meet goals.
• Schedule product flow and manage workforce to meet budgets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to laws and safety procedures.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and monitor KPI targets.
• Collaborate with management to optimize inventory and order fulfillment.
