Job summary

The Kroger Company in Litchfield Park, AZ is seeking an on-site Store e-Commerce Supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager with day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department and to uphold Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities include meeting customer expectations, ensuring compliance with laws and safety guidelines, training staff, and acting as the e-Commerce lead when the manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Self-directed with ability to execute tasks with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed customer expectations for easy shopping and variety.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and safety procedures.
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train team members in selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the on-site e-Commerce lead when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Manage order intake and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishables.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organized staging areas.
• Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, or item locations.
