The role focuses on meeting sales objectives, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating product flow, schedules, and training to support online shopping operations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes is essential.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills are required.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds frequently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store’s e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve goals.
• Ensure customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for online shopping staff.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve sales, wage budgets and customer satisfaction targets.
• Analyze competitive landscape and respond accordingly.
• Ensure timely order fulfillment and substitutions when needed.
• Streamline order collection, checkout, and delivery processes.
• Report inventory issues to department heads promptly.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
