Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies seeks a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee daily activities, drive sales, and staff the online department. You will hire, schedule, and develop associates while ensuring safety and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities include leading e-Commerce initiatives, training the team, and maintaining order accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. POS knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising staff or teams.
• Experience in hiring processes and interviewing.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift 25–50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods.
• Familiarity with POS beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and company policies.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for the online shopping team.
• Create schedules to meet product flow and guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
