Saks Global seeks an E-commerce Category Specialist to drive online performance for assigned brands and optimize the customer experience across the e-commerce channel.

You will manage product presentation, information, and performance data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and profitability. A minimum of 2 years in category management and a Bachelor’s degree are required. CMS/PIM and Google Analytics skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in category management or related ecommerce roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, functionalities, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with manager to implement e-commerce brand strategies and online sales targets.
• Collaborate with merchandising/buying to influence product assortment and productivity.
• Maintain product categorization, filtering, and navigation for an intuitive shopping experience.
• Ensure product information accuracy across all online touchpoints.
• Track and report on key category/brand performance metrics (sales, conversions, AOV, traffic).
• Collaborate with digital experience teams to implement website enhancements and resolve issues.
