• 4+ years hands-on e-commerce SEO experience
• 2+ years managing direct reports
• Deep expertise in technical SEO with AI platform knowledge
• Proven track record translating SEO into revenue impact

Responsibilities

• Maintain technical site health, faceted navigation, canonicalization at scale and CWV across large catalogs
• Write technical tickets, define acceptance criteria, QA and embed SEO into release cycles
• Perform keyword research and metadata rules; optimize category pages
• Develop strategies for AI search, improve brand visibility and retrieval
• Own content hub strategy, editorial calendar, data-backed content
• Oversee Google Business Profiles, local citations and store locator performance
• Translate SEO work into revenue impact to secure resources
• Mentor and manage direct reports; set quarterly KPIs and growth plans
• Own organic performance reporting and executive dashboards
