Responsibilities include qualifying leads, communicating across email/phone/chat, guiding buyers through the process, and maintaining CRM records; experience with digital marketing and online

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or online sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools and sales software.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead qualification: screen incoming leads for interest and fit.
• Customer communication: engage via email, phone, and chat to provide information and build rapport.
• Guide leads through the sales process to closing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions and activities.
• Stay up-to-date on inventory and communicate features/benefits.
