Job summary

Southwire Company is offering an internship/coop program designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world business projects. The program provides hands-on experience in eCommerce, digital sales, and supply chain activities while you develop a timeline, progress updates, and a final presentation for leadership.

This is a structured, project-based program with exposure to cross-functional teams, formal coaching, and potential opportunities after graduation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings and online content across Walmart.com and SamsClub.com.
• Support new product launches and online assortment expansion initiatives.
• Help maintain retailer compliance requirements and platform standards.
• Analyze sales trends, product performance, traffic metrics, and conversion data.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth, assortment optimization, and inventory improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, customer service, and product management teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting listing issues, content updates, and retailer portal maintenance.
