Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC is seeking an E-commerce Sales Intern/Co-op to support online retail accounts, primarily Walmart.com and SamsClub.com. You will engage in digital sales, eCommerce merchandising, analytics, marketplace management, and customer engagement to drive online revenue growth.

The role targets a student pursuing a business, marketing, sales, analytics, or supply chain degree and offers an immersive, project-based learning experience with mentorship and career exposure.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing product listings and online content across Walmart.com and SamsClub.com.
• Support new product launches and online assortment expansion initiatives.
• Help maintain retailer compliance requirements and platform standards.
• Analyze sales trends, product performance, traffic metrics, and conversion data.
• Identify opportunities for sales growth, assortment optimization, and inventory improvements.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, customer service, and product management teams.
• Assist with troubleshooting listing issues, content updates, and retailer portal maintenance.
