Job summary

Southwire Company, LLC invites interns and co-ops to join a summer program designed to bridge classroom learning with real-world engineering and business projects. Internships run 10–12 weeks and co-ops 16–18 weeks, each with a defined project and milestones to present in a senior leadership expo.

You will work with mentors, peers, and leaders who often started as interns, gaining a structured onboarding, ongoing feedback, and opportunities to convert to full-time upon graduation.

Responsibilities

• Internship duration: 10-12 weeks; Co-op duration: 16-18 weeks; assigned project with milestones.
• Collaborate on projects with peers and leaders; receive mentorship and onboarding.
