Job summary

Hire Ecom is seeking a data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to scale Shopify, WooCommerce, and Amazon brands through paid media. You will manage six-figure monthly budgets across Google Ads, Meta, and Amazon PPC, focusing on CPA and ROAS while optimizing funnel performance from TOFU to BOFU.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on performance marketing in ecommerce
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon PPC
• Full-funnel paid marketing experience (TOFU/MOFU/BOFU)
• Ability to analyze data and adjust bidding strategies
• Proficient in Google Analytics, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and heatmaps
• Experience managing six-figure monthly ad budgets for CPA/ROAS
• Familiar with Shopify and WooCommerce, and Klaviyo

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact PPC campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Amazon
• Monitor and optimize campaigns for CPA and ROAS
• Analyze data, track performance, and adjust bids
