Crosstown Plumbing is seeking an organized E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage online catalogs, pricing, inventory, and e-commerce operations. You will work hands-on with product information, pricing, and online marketplaces to ensure accuracy across systems.

The role requires detail-orientation and the ability to manage multiple priorities, identify discrepancies, and collaborate with various teams to improve listings and visibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce operations, marketplace management, product data, inventory, pricing, or related field.
• Experience with Walmart Marketplace, eBay, or similar platforms preferred.
• Strong Excel and data-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across Walmart, eBay, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Add and update product descriptions, pricing, images, keywords, and other product information.
• Monitor online orders and support order fulfillment and returns.
• Maintain accurate and current online product catalogs.
• Identify opportunities to improve product listings and online visibility.
• Monitor pricing, inventory, and discrepancies; coordinate with other teams.
