Job summary

Knight Swift Supply Chain seeks a General Manager, E‑Commerce Operations in Las Vegas to build and lead a new e‑commerce fulfillment operation. You will establish the facility, operating model, systems, processes, and a high‑performing workforce to deliver safe, scalable, and profitable operations.

The role requires startup/greenfield experience, go‑live leadership, and ownership of P&L, safety, service, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

5–7+ years of leadership in e‑commerce, fulfillment, distribution, retail, or supply chain operations.
Startup/greenfield experience building and launching a new operation including facility development and go‑live leadership.
Experience with P&L or significant budget accountability and linking operational decisions to financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead startup, launch, and ongoing management of the e‑commerce operation, including facility readiness, staffing, SOPs, and go‑live.
Own site performance across safety, service, quality, labor productivity, and profitability.
Develop and execute business plans, budgets, KPIs, capacity plans, and improvement initiatives.
