Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Leader to manage daily activities, drive sales, and develop a strong team of online specialists. You will ensure orders are fulfilled efficiently and that the customer experience remains top-tier in a fast-paced store setting.

The role emphasizes staffing, training, scheduling, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards while delivering on key performance metrics.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proven supervisory experience.
Experience in the selection and hiring process.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times a day.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent oral/written communication skills.
Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales objectives, goals, and budgets.
Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
Ensure customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
Meet the demands of product flow and create schedules according to guidelines.
Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
Achieve/exceed sales, wage budgets, and other targets including customer satisfaction.
