Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team and staffing departments.
• Ability to hire and train staff for an on-line shopping department.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to meet sales goals.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure customer expectations for shopping experience and product flow.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Monitor sales, wage budgets, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Address inventory issues and substitutions for out-of-stock items.
• Report issues to management and maintain compliant operations.
