Job summary

Kroger is seeking an experienced leader to manage the store's e-Commerce department operations, driving sales and ensuring excellence in order fulfillment, staffing and associates development.

The role emphasizes staffing the online team, coaching associates, maintaining compliance with laws and safety procedures, and delivering a superior online shopping experience for customers at the Grove City location.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in the hiring process and candidate selection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong leadership and team-coaching abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to meet targets.
• Ensure e-Commerce department meets customer expectations for shopping experience, variety and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for the on-line department.
• Create schedules based on product flow and guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead planning and execution of e-Commerce initiatives.
• Meet or exceed sales, wage budgets and customer satisfaction goals.
• Monitor inventory and respond to competitive landscape.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and substitutions when needed.
• Report issues to management and optimize processes for orders, checkouts and delivery.
