Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities of the e-Commerce department. You will staff the team, develop associates, and drive sales objectives while upholding Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, training, and leading initiatives to optimize order fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and compliance across local, state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs several times a day.
• Stand or walk for extended periods.
• Stooping, kneeling or crouching several times per hour.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure store e-Commerce department meets/exceeds customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
• Meet product flow demands and create schedules per guidelines.
• Develop associates to meet productivity standards and certify them when goals are reached.
• Ensure compliance with laws and food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead team in planning, implementing and executing e-Commerce initiatives.
• Achieve/exceed sales, wage budgets and other targets including customer satisfaction.
