Job summary

Reynoldsburg, OH Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to lead day-to-day activities, staff the online department, and drive sales targets while upholding safety and integrity standards. You will supervise associates, develop talent, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

The role requires strong leadership, staffing expertise, and hands-on management of e-Commerce initiatives, with focus on performance, customer satisfaction and budget attainment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Proven supervisory experience.
Experience in selection and hiring processes.
Ability to lift up to 25 lb frequently and up to 50 lb daily.
Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure the e-Commerce store meets customer expectations for easy shopping and cleanliness.
Interview, hire, and staff the on-line shopping department.
Schedule according to guidelines and manage product flow.
