Job summary

The Kroger Family of Companies seeks a Store e-Commerce Supervisor to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in daily operations, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and facilities remain clean and safe. Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train all functions and duties of the selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as e-Commerce lead when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and staff needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and assign work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report discrepancies to Store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
