Job summary

Quest Safety Products Inc. is seeking a data-driven E-Commerce Operations & Marketplace Specialist to manage and grow our Amazon business while supporting expansion into Walmart Marketplace, eBay, and other digital channels.

You will forecast demand, optimize inventory, analyze performance, and build Excel dashboards that turn data into actionable insights. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 2+ years of marketplace experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Amazon Seller Central or comparable marketplace experience.
• Advanced Excel and data-analysis skills.
• Experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage Amazon Seller Central, account health, listings, catalog issues, reimbursements, pricing, and Buy Box performance.
• Forecast demand and optimize inventory replenishment, reorder points, and product availability.
• Analyze sales, marketplace fees, inventory, competition, and profitability.
• Build Excel reports and dashboards that turn data into actionable business insights.
• Research new products and marketplace growth opportunities.
• Partner with Purchasing, Operations, and suppliers to improve accuracy, efficiency, and margin.
