Job summary

Creative Safety Supply, located in Beaverton, OR, seeks an Amazon Marketplace Coordinator to manage listings, catalog content, and pricing for Amazon Seller Central. You will work with merchandising and marketing to resolve issues, optimize processes, and support expansion to Canada and eBay.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Amazon product listings and catalog content.
• Monitor account health and marketplace compliance.
• Resolve listing suppressions, catalog issues, and Seller Central problems.
• Assist with creating FBA shipments
• Open and manage Amazon Seller Support cases.
• Monitor inventory levels and shipments
• Support pricing updates and marketplace optimization efforts.
• Identify reimbursement opportunities and operational improvements.
• Assist with marketplace expansion initiatives across Amazon Canada and eBay
• Help build consistent processes, documentation, and best practices.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who has worked inside Amazon Seller Central and wants to take a broader role in marketplace operations. You'll support the management of listings, maintain catalog accuracy, resolve marketplace issues, and work closely with our merchandising, and marketing team.

You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on marketplace performance while helping us build more scalable processes as the business grows.

What You'll Do
