Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations management or a similar role.
• Proven track record in optimizing order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify Plus, Magento) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
