Job summary

Kroger in Durango, CO is seeking an experienced manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department and drive sales toward budgeted goals.

You will recruit, interview and train online shopping staff, manage product flow and scheduling, and lead initiatives to improve customer satisfaction while upholding safety and Kroger values. Strong leadership and POS familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to hire staff.
• Experience with the selection and hiring process.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds daily.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; stoop/kneel as needed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; POS knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve goals.
• Ensure customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety and cleanliness.
• Interview, hire and train online shopping staff.
• Plan product flow, create schedules, and monitor inventory.
• Lead e-Commerce initiatives and meet sales and budget targets.
• Coach direct reports and complete performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with laws, safety procedures and company policies.
