Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day activities of the e-Commerce department, drive sales, and meet budgets. You will staff the department, develop associates, and uphold Kroger's values of respect, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, coaching, ensuring customer satisfaction, monitoring inventory, and leading the team in implementing e-Commerce initiatives to achieve targets and maintain high service

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in selection and hiring processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the e-Commerce department meets customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Interview, select and hire candidates to staff the online shopping department.
• Create schedules according to guidelines and meet product flow demands.
• Coach associates and certify them as goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with laws and safety procedures; follow company guidelines.
• Train staff on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead initiatives and execute e-Commerce plans to hit sales and wage budgets.
• Support inventory management and respond to competitive landscape.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and substitutions are appropriate when needed.
• Streamline order collection, checkout, and delivery processes.
