Bell Nursery USA in Bridgeton, NJ seeks an experienced E-Commerce / Online Operations Manager to lead and scale our online and distribution operations. You will ensure accurate, efficient order fulfillment across ecommerce channels and partner with IT, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver excellence.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years in ecommerce operations, a strong grasp of warehouse and fulfillment workflows, and a proven ability to drive process improvements; bilingual Spanish
Qualifications
- 3+ years of ecommerce operations experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and fulfillment workflows.
- Proven track record scaling operations in high-growth environments.
- Analytical, metrics-driven with leadership and cross-functional skills.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational performance of ecommerce channels.
- Ensure readiness to support demand fluctuations, promotions, growth.
- Monitor KPIs like order throughput, SLAs, accuracy, shipping, and customer experience.
- Lead ecommerce distribution: picking, packing, shipping, and returns.
- Align warehouse execution with online demand and inventory flow.
- Design SOPs and lead process improvement initiatives.
