Job summary
Central Garden & Pet Company is seeking an experienced E-Commerce / Online Operations Manager to lead and scale our online and distribution operations from our Bridgeton, NJ facility. The role ensures efficient, accurate, and scalable order fulfillment across ecommerce channels while building strong operational processes to support growth.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Finance, Marketing and Customer Service to deliver operational
Qualifications
- 3+ years in ecommerce operations or fulfillment management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Experience scaling operations in high-growth environments.
- Familiar with OMS, WMS, and shipping systems.
Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day operational performance of ecommerce and online sales channels.
- Lead ecommerce-related distribution operations including picking, packing, shipping and returns.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align execution and priorities.
- Design, document, and maintain SOPs to support growth.
- Lead process improvements to boost speed, accuracy, and cost efficiency.
- Present plans for new SKU’s, programs, or promotions to leadership.
