Job summary

You will staff the online team, schedule shifts, and develop associates to meet sales and service goals while upholding company values of respect, integrity, and safety.

The role emphasizes staffing, scheduling, training, and leadership to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet weekly and annual targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Experience in the selection and hiring process.
• Physically able to lift 25–50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department to achieve sales objectives and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Interview, select and hire candidates for the on-line shopping department.
• Create schedules and manage product flow to meet guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant duties.
• Lead the team in planning and executing e-Commerce initiatives.
• Ensure orders are filled accurately and timely, with substitutions as needed.
• Monitor and control department expenses and maintain equipment.
