Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in California seeks a leader to manage the store's e‑Commerce department, driving sales, staffing, and associate development while upholding our core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

You will ensure customer satisfaction, schedule staffing, train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles, oversee substitutions and inventory, and report to store management to optimize efficiency and costs.

Qualifications

• Effective communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Leadership experience in a retail or e‑commerce setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store's e‑Commerce department to hit sales objectives, goals and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve results.
• Ensure customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness are met.
• Create schedules according to guidelines and train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead initiatives and monitor performance to meet or exceed weekly, period and annual sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and substitutions are appropriate and timely.
• Monitor inventory, prevent stockouts, and report issues to management.
