Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Store e‑Commerce Supervisor in Heath, OH to manage daily operations, staff development, and execution of online shopping initiatives. You will lead staffing, drive sales goals, ensure compliance with safety programs, and coach associates to high performance.

Responsibilities include hiring, scheduling, training, and monitoring inventory and order fulfillment to meet customer expectations and budgets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Proven supervisory experience with staff development.
• Experience in candidate selection and hiring processes.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and/or walk constantly.
• Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the store's e‑Commerce department to meet sales goals and budgets.
• Staff the department and develop associates to achieve targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to safety and company policies.
• Interview, select, and hire candidates for online shopping staff.
• Plan schedules based on product flow and guidelines.
• Train associates on order selector and customer attendant roles.
• Lead e‑Commerce initiatives and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Manage inventory, substitutions, and order accuracy to fulfill customer requests.
