Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Wisconsin is seeking a Store e-Commerce assistant to support the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations. You will help ensure smooth ordering, picking, packing and delivery processes while upholding the company's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to local, state and federal laws, food safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed per guidelines.
• Train all functions and duties of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as person in charge of the e-Commerce department when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain level of supplies and organization of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, item location discrepancies and invalid temperatures to the store e-Commerce manager.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Learn and implement process improvements as directed by division or enterprise e-Commerce team.
• Provide feedback on team members' daily performance and annual reviews.
• Ability to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environments.
• Ability to manage conflict professionally and cooperatively.
• Maintain honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve customer and business issues.
• Provide support with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.
• Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
