Kroger Co. in Wisconsin Rapids, WI is seeking an on-site Store e-Commerce support role to assist the Store e-Commerce manager in day-to-day operations, uphold core values, and ensure safe, compliant store practices.

This role focuses on leadership, customer experience, and efficient daily workflows. You will train staff, manage order intake and labeling, troubleshoot equipment, schedule shifts, and seek process improvements while maintaining clean staging areas and delivering outstanding service

Aufgaben

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for shopping experience
• Ensure team complies with laws, safety procedures and guidelines
• Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
• Train all functions of selector and customer attendant roles
• Act as e-Commerce lead when Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
• Assist with scheduling to meet operations and staff needs
• Manage intake of orders and assign work to team
• Print and distribute order labels for perishables
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices
• Maintain supplies needed to perform duties
• Keep staging areas organized and clean
• Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, locations and temperatures
• Open/close procedures
• Implement process improvements from division/enterprise team
• Provide feedback on performance
• Work cooperatively in fast-paced environments
• Manage conflicts constructively
• Maintain honesty and integrity with customer and business data
• Follow directions and seek help as needed
• Assist interactions with minors, people with special needs, and older adults
• Perform essential duties with or without accommodation
