Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Store e-Commerce support role in Oak Creek, WI to assist the Store e-Commerce manager with daily operations. You will help with scheduling, order intake, and staff guidance while maintaining a clean, organized workspace and ensuring safety and compliance.

The role involves training staff, handling customer orders, and troubleshooting e‑Commerce equipment. A proactive, customer‑focused candidate will thrive.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer skills needed.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition and subtraction.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team follows laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Train selectors and customer attendants in required duties.
• Act as person in charge of e-Commerce department when manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to staff.
• Print and distribute order labels including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing/discrepancies to e-Commerce manager.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and support process improvements.
• Provide feedback on daily and annual performance.
