Your responsibilities include coordinating order intake, training staff, scheduling, and maintaining equipment and processes to support efficient e-Commerce activity in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Basic math skills including counting, addition and subtraction.
• Self-directed with ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities required of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
