Job summary

HICC America Corp. seeks an experienced E-commerce Operations Manager to lead strategic oversight and hands-on execution of paid media across Amazon, Chewy, Petco, and direct-to-consumer channels.

You will optimize campaigns, manage agency relationships, and deliver performance insights to global teams. The role requires deep platform expertise, strong analytics, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategy across retail media and DTC initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce operations and performance marketing with direct platform management.
• 3+ years managing Amazon Ads (Chewy Ads experience preferred) with advanced optimization.
• 2+ years setting up and optimizing campaigns across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Criteo Commerce Network, etc)
• Experience working with merchandising, sales, and product teams in a CPG or retail environment.
• Pet industry, CPG, or consumables experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and optimize campaigns across retail media platforms with weekly performance reviews and bid adjustments.
• Build new campaigns, ad groups, and product targeting strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Collaborate with brand, product, and design teams to source advertising creative assets and run A/B testing roadmaps.
• Create and maintain regular performance reports with ROAS, CAC, LTV analyses and strategic implications for global teams.
• Serve as liaison between HICC Pet and marketing agencies, maintaining platform access for rapid response.
• Directly manage and optimize paid social, Google Ads, and emerging DTC channels with hands-on campaign management.
• Ensure cohesive messaging and budget optimization between retail media and DTC efforts.
