Placements24 is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead the online sales strategy for a leading FMCG client. This remote-first role lets you work from anywhere in South Africa while driving growth across digital platforms.

You will develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies, optimize product listings, manage digital campaigns, and ensure a seamless customer experience, leveraging analytics and platforms like Shopify/Magento.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management focusing on online sales growth.
• Proven track record of growing online retail, preferably in FMCG.
• Expertise in digital marketing channels and analytics tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email, GA).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and marketplace dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage remote projects effectively.
• Based in or able to manage East London, Eastern Cape operations while working remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends in e-commerce and FMCG.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to align online strategies with business goals.
