Job summary

UNDP Shop E-commerce Manager in New York oversees daily operations, procurement and logistics for the UNDP Shop. The role leads B2B strategy, vendor relations and CRM, while ensuring efficient order fulfillment and stock control.

Reporting to the Brand & Marketing Specialist, you will drive sales, optimize stock, and supervise the fulfilment associate to maintain quality and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, Administration or related field.
• Or a Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of qualifying experience in lieu.
• Fluency in English; working knowledge of other UN languages is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead on UNDP Shop operations management, including procurement, logistics and fulfillment.
• Oversee B2B and B2C customer management, including order lifecycle and returns.
• Lead on inventory management, stock optimization and international shipping.
• Lead on reporting, analytics and KPI tracking for the Shop.
