Job summary

Directio seeks an experienced eCommerce Operations Consultant to support enterprise B2B and B2C platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce). You will handle order management, fulfilment, and support, coordinating with global teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and issue resolution.

The role requires 3–8 years in eCommerce operations, strong process knowledge, and fluency in Spanish and English. Rotational shifts and collaboration with global delivery teams are part of the job.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of experience supporting eCommerce platforms.
• Experience with Adobe Commerce (Magento), Shopify, or BigCommerce.
• Experience with production support and incident management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily eCommerce platform operations and business transactions.
• Support complete order lifecycle including order management, fulfilment, and returns.
• Coordinate operational activities with business users, warehouse, logistics, and tech teams.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide L1/L2 operational and production support for Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
• Analyze production issues and coordinate resolutions with technical teams.
• Monitor integrations, order flows, payments, and fulfilment processes.
• Prepare incident reports and RCA documentation.
• Gather requirements and analyze eCommerce processes for improvements.
• Support UAT, business validation, release planning, and production readiness.
• Validate end-to-end eCommerce processes including catalogue, pricing, checkout, and returns.
• Execute test scenarios, report defects, and support regression testing.
• Prepare dashboards and status reports, track incidents and performance metrics.
• Participate in daily governance and stakeholder reviews.
