Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Northern Arizona is seeking a store team member to lead an excellent customer and brand experience and promote sales. You will process donated merchandise for sale at GCNA and affiliated stores.

The role involves pricing, tagging, stocking, maintaining safety, and upholding Goodwill values. Applicants must be 18+ with English proficiency and able to pass a background check and drug screen. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding position requiring regular attendance.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English proficiently.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Receives and processes merchandise, including pricing and ticketing, meeting quotas.
• Maintains regular and consistent in-person attendance.
• Safeguards company property, including donated goods.
• Reports theft, pre-selection, misappropriation or unauthorized possession of company property.
• Maintains sales floor and workstation by following floorwork and PPM standards.
• Stocks merchandise in appropriate area as assigned.
• Inform leader of potentially hazardous materials found while processing merchandise for storage and/or disposal.
• Follow safety rules and use appropriate safety equipment.
• Act and/or report any unsafe or potential hazards.
• Work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment daily.
• Ability to lift, bend, push, turn, and manipulate fine objects.

• Performs other related duties, as assigned.
