Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Chandler, AZ is seeking an assistant to the Store e-Commerce manager to help run day-to-day operations of the e-Commerce department, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and maintain a clean, efficient workspace.

You will supervise team members, help with scheduling, train staff, and support process improvements while upholding Kroger's values of respect, integrity, and safety.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members follow laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Train all functions of selector and customer attendant roles.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas.
