Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Store e-Commerce Supervisor in Columbia Falls, MT to assist the Store e-Commerce manager with day-to-day operations of the store's e-Commerce department.

You will help lead a team to meet customer expectations for shopping ease, variety, freshness, and cleanliness while upholding Kroger's values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety. You will act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department in the Store e-Commerce manager's absence,

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Self-directed, able to execute projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to laws, safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist with scheduling to meet operational and associates’ needs.
• Maintain intake of customer orders and distribute work to selectors and attendants.
• Print and distribute order labels, including perishable orders.
• Troubleshoot e-Commerce equipment and devices.
• Maintain supplies and organization of staging areas.
