Job summary

Blue Marble is seeking an entry-level E-commerce Coordinator to join our team in Ashland, Oregon. You will help ensure products are live, buyable, and optimized across our e-commerce channels, while supporting marketing, operations, and process improvements.

You’ll learn key systems, analyze listings and reviews, and collaborate with a fast-paced team to drive performance and growth in our toy brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketing (internships ok).
• Associates degree preferred in Business, Communications or related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular buy ability checks to confirm products are live, in stock, and saleable across e-commerce platforms.
• Pull and analyze reports to identify listing issues, suppressed items, or anomalies affecting conversion and availability.
• Escalate patterns or high-impact issues to senior team members for resolution.
• Track and summarize product reviews and ratings, surfacing trends, or opportunities to improve performance.
• Open, track, and follow up on support cases with Amazon and other retailers, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist with operational tasks, including tracking and submitting shortage and price claims; supporting shipment or inventory creation as needed.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including verifying pricing and merchandising accuracy.
• Learn and navigate key systems and platforms (e-commerce retailer platforms, internal dashboards, reporting tools, etc.).
• Support ongoing team projects and administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain documentation and contribute to process improvements for e-commerce operations.
