eCommerce Growth & Operations Associate

Position Summary

The eCommerce Growth & Operations Associate supports the growth and day-to-day operation of the company's eCommerce business across both the 1P eCommerce platform (website and mobile app) and third-party marketplaces.

This role works cross-functionally with eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, Store Operations, Product, and other internal teams to execute sales growth initiatives, improve platform and marketplace performance, and identify operational opportunities through data and customer insights. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, commercially minded, and interested in developing experience across eCommerce growth, digital marketing, customer loyalty and retail operations.
